Payments

Payments can be made online via debit or credit card and are processed by Stripe. We accept payment via Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards) and American Express.

When you confirm your order on checkout, payment is taken. If your payment fails you will have the opportunity to try again, but your order will not be confirmed until payment is successfully taken.

If you have any problems making a payment or think a payment has been taken in error, please contact us to resolve this.

Subscriptions

You have the option to subscribe to regular deliveries, instead of making individual purchases.

Your plan is completely flexible and you are in full control. We have no binding period or upfront payments. You can edit or cancel your plan from the Account page - at any time.

You will be delivered a pack of 7 trays of Jelly Drops at an interval you choose (every 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks). The frequency can be updated at any time from the Account page. You are also able to choose to skip a delivery if you wish.

Payment will be taken from your nominated payment method each time a delivery is dispatched, in line with your chosen frequency. Your subscription will automatically continue after each delivery, unless you cancel or modify your subscription before your next scheduled payment date.

If your payment method fails, we will retry to take payment every two days, for up to 8 additional times. At this point your subscription will be automatically cancelled and no further payments taken or deliveries made. If you wish to restart your subscription you can do so in the Account page.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with Jelly Drops. If you are not for any reason, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Returns can be made within 14 days of your purchase date and your item must be within the original packaging. Once we have received your return we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, followed by a confirmation email.
