Can I change or cancel an order?

Once you’ve placed your order, there’s a small window of time to make any changes, so be sure to double-check your shipping and contact details before completing your order. After your payment is processed and an order number is generated, your order is considered complete, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

We’re here to help and will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we can’t always guarantee we can catch your order before dispatch. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please reach out before the order is labelled for dispatch, and we’ll process a full refund if we’re able to cancel.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your Jelly Drops subscription at any time through your Jelly Drops Account or by contacting us. We only ask for a quick reason so we can improve, but no pressure! Just a quick reminder — subscription cancellations won’t affect any orders that have already been processed, as once an order number is created, it follows our Returns Policy.
