We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery within the UK. If 14 days have elapsed since the delivery date, or have ordered outside of the UK, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns of an incomplete multipack.
To return your Jelly Drops, please contact us to receive the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep your receipt from the courier for reference. If you are shipping a value pack, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have approved and received your return, we will action the appropriate refund. If you have not contacted us prior to a return, we cannot guarantee that the return will be approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment card within 7 days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is issued.
If you received a damaged or defective box of Jelly Drops, please contact us.
Deliveries that have been damaged in transit will be eligible for a part or full refund or replacement, as appropriate to the level of damage. Any claims relating to damaged deliveries must be made with photos of the damage, as required by our couriers' terms of service.
