Our subscription plans are completely flexible, with no minimum terms, and you can cancel anytime—we totally understand!
If you’d like to cancel, you can contact us directly or manage it yourself through your Jelly Drops online account:
- Log in to your account and click on the Manage Subscriptions tab.
- Scroll down and select Reschedule, pause, or cancel this subscription.
- Choose to either pause your subscription temporarily or click Cancel subscription to stop it entirely.
- Pick the reason that best explains your decision (your feedback helps us improve!) and click Next. Then confirm by selecting Cancel my subscription. You’ll receive a confirmation email right away.
Keep in mind that cancelling a subscription doesn’t affect any orders that have already been processed and charged. If you’ve received a confirmation email for an upcoming delivery, let us know as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel. We’ll try our best to make changes, but once it’s being dispatched, adjustments may not be possible.
