Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your return we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, followed by a confirmation email.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is issued. Next contact your bank. If you still have not been able to locate your refund, please contact us (use the red button at the bottom right corner).
If you received a damaged or defective box of Jelly Drops, please contact us with your order number and an explanatory picture, and we'll help you!
To return your Jelly Drops, please contact us ((use the red button at the bottom right corner) to receive the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep your receipt from the courier for reference. If you are shipping a value pack, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
