Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the original packaging.
To return your Jelly Drops, please contact us to receive the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please keep your receipt from the courier for reference. If you are shipping a value pack, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have approved and received your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the refund. If you have not contacted us prior to a return, we cannot guarantee that the return will be accepted and we will contact you to advise. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, followed by a confirmation email.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is issued. Next contact your bank. If you still have not been able to locate your refund, please contact us.
