How do I cancel my subscription?

We're sorry to see you go! Our subscription plans are totally flexible and you can cancel at any time, we understand.

The best way to cancel your subscription is through the 'Manage Subscriptions' option via your Jelly Drops online account. 

Login to your account then select ‘Manage Subscriptions’. Right down the bottom below your card information, please click 'Cancel or pause subscription'. Please select the most appropriate reason for wishing to cancel (the more feedback you can provide the better!) and click 'Proceed'. The cancellation won't be complete until you click the final box confirming to 'Cancel my subscription'. 

If you experience any trouble cancelling your subscription or just want to double check it's gone through OK, please don't hesitate to contact us. Your subscription can be reactivated at any time.
