Jelly Drops are classified as confectionery so we're not able to recommend a certain usage. Usually, people start with just a few with each meal, to slowly build Jelly Drops into the routine.
There's no right or wrong answer as all Jelly Drops are 95% water, low-kcal and non-laxative and many people end up eating several pots per day. Each pot contains 50ml of water.
